OUR HISTORY
Scione Law Firm was founded in 2007 by lawyers Antonia and Arianna Scione.
It was born from the idea of its founders, not yet in their thirties, to create an avant-garde legal laboratory that combined their legal expertise with the skills they had developed in multidisciplinary educational and professional fields, both national and international, in order to provide their clients with comprehensive, multifocal consulting and assistance that meets the growing interconnection needs of the new millennium.
Over the years, the Firm has promoted its method and validated it, achieving excellent results both in extrajudicial and judicial matters, but above all gaining the appreciation of its clients, who have recognized the unique approach of Scione Law Firm.
Scione lawyers, with their legal laboratory, have carved out a market space distinguishing not only for their professionalism, but also for their tenacity, meticulousness, dedication, precision, determination, presence, and a well-established teamwork. It is precisely the team and teamwork that are the ‘crown jewel’ of Scione Law Firm, which develops and implements strategies, defences, synergic and effective projects through the enhancement of the attitudes and strengths of its professionals.
Many years after its foundation, it can be affirmed that the method applied by Scione lawyers has proved to be successful and remains today a distinctive feature of their Firm today.
THE INDISPENSABLE FOR US
Lawyers Antonia and Arianna Scione have always considered education and training to be the indispensable and determining tool for professional growth and improvement. For this reason, they pay constant attention and care to both academic training and experiential learning.
From their university and postgraduate studies, they have continuously complimented their studies of Italian law with studies in European law, international law and economics, attending master’s programs and specialization courses at higher education institutes, as well as participating in prestigious internships at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and at the United Nations.
Furthermore, their sensitivity to the safeguarding of human rights and the protection of democratic institutions has led them to build specialized training in this area and to engage in field experiences participating in multiple missions of the OSCE-UNMIK and OSCE-ODIHR.
Subsequently, they expanded their education and training to the field of legal audit.
As lawyers, they continuous update in the legal areas in which they operate, driven by a curiosity for learning, the evolution of living law, and the variety of cases entrusted to them by their clients.
With the aim of promoting training also through the transfer of their knowledge and professional skills to young undergraduates and recent graduates, Scione lawyers have entered into cooperation agreements with European universities under the Leonardo da Vinci Program and the Erasmus+ Program.
