AREAS OF ACTIVITY

No obstacles, but opportunities

Our aim is to facilitate the client to understand his real interest and to take action to satisfy it

The Firm’s operational method is of two types:

Preventive approach: we promote awareness to guide choices

Through continuous assistance, i.e. preventive consulting, we help the client to make informed decisions in their area of expertise interest, maximizing their objectives and optimizing the use of their resources.

Curative approach: we promote the enhancement of opportunities

Following the analysis of the specific case, by utilizing all available legal tools as well as the entire background of our professionals, we propose and assist the client in seizing the best opportunity arising from the issues they are facing, including hitherto unassessed perspectives.

The headlines of the two approaches mentioned above is not coincidentally derived from a contamination of medical language. This choice is dictated by the value statement of Scione Law Firm, which focuses on the importance of preventive legal advice in every sphere of personal, professional, and business life, as well as on the cultural dissemination of this approach; it also focuses on the importance of being able to ‘see beyond’ the legal dispute, with the aim of transforming ‘the obstacle’ into a new opportunity. This is intended to equip clients with a proactive and constructive method that reduces risks and uncertainties while promoting psycho-socio-economic well-being.
